"I loved this hotel, beautiful. The staff were great help when asked questions and very friendly. The location of this hotel is a plus, everything is at a walking distance. The complimentary tea, coffee, etc…was great. Came back home and ordered some of that tea brand. One thing that I didn’t care for were the mattress, they were a bit too firm for us but I’d still come back and stay here again. Thank you Hawthorne Hotel! "
"Our room at The Cove felt like a small home away from home when my partner and I visited Salem for a weekend trip! Great amenities (microwave, dishes, and sink were a plus), and having a TV in both the living room and bedroom made winding down after a long day that much better. Joe and all the front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. And it was only a ~15-20 min walk or a ~5-7 min Lyft away from downtown Salem! Would book there again."
