「This place is terrific, and I feel like an idiot leaving reviews for it. I don't want anyone else to know about the place, but they treated me so well that Id feel like a jerk if I didn't give these folks the kudos they deserve. Fantastic. Can't wait to come back!」

「Incredibly rude. Reserved the hotel as I’m driving cross country. Before booking, their site stated pets allowed. When we got there they said they won’t give us a room since we had a cat. When I mentioned the website says pets allowed, they said dogs only and it was their policy to not allow cats.
Management did nothing to fix this even though their customer service online said both cats and dogs are allowed at this property. Was almost stranded as all other hotels were booked up minus one.」
