“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“Very cute little home close to the lake and everything was set up to be convenient. Our stay was in November to visit family for Thanksgiving, so we didn't use the lake but having a kitchen to prep our side dishes was great. (We brought our own bake ware as we knew that we would need more than a typical vacation rental includes). ”

Host was welcoming, and met us at the property, as well as quick to respond to our questions. Downtown Columbiana great for boutique shopping, and Firestone Ranch for dining. Property amenities were great! House was cozy for our Hallmark Christmas town experience. ”
