We feel like there should be at least a partial refund. The plumbing was not working so we didn't get the breakfast buffet. They did provide a pastries,granola bar,yogurt and juice, and a couple free drinks from the bar. We were counting on the buffett sustaining us through a long day of travel and were very disappointed. The staff was friendly and did their best I suppose,however,it is hard to understand how building maintenance issues are not planned for.

The staff was great. The building and surroundings was very good. The food was good. My only real complaint was that if you kept your window open to get fresh air, there was a lot of road noise.

Lovely but tired

The sitting was lovely. Rooms were comfortable and quiet but were tired and shabby looking. No water for over an hour was very unpleasant as couldn’t use the basic facilities. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Staff were great and very friendly, breakfast was really good and had a good variety and the property was nice. There are 2 big beautiful friendly dogs that rome the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is, the carpets in the bedrooms are very dirty with unpleasant stains all over them. The hotel should consider taking the carpets out and just have hard floors instead. Otherwise a really pleasant stay.

We arrived at 7.45 pm due to traffic hold ups. The receptionist asked if we needed food and directed us to the bar where we were able to order. We took our drink back to our room and on ordering our scampi and chips we were offered room delivery. Our food arrived with minimum delay and was very tasty. There is easy parking and we noticed several EV chargers. Comfy bed - tea making facilities and a mini fridge. Variety of buffet breakfast choices but we were unable to make tea as the urn had been unplugged. Friendly helpful staff

Nice hotel in beautiful grounds.

Nice hotel for 1 night stay before Skydiving experience which is only 15 mind away. Really friendly and helpful staff, rooms a little tired but comfortable.

THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING, OVERALL IT HAD A NICE FEELING , I LIKE THE CREATIVE DECOR. THE BEDROOM WAS PERFECT SIZE AND COMFORTABLE - THE BED WAS EXCELLENT, MATRESS IDEAL FOR ME...FIRM - ONLY ISSUE WAS A BED SHEET ALBEIT CLEAN WAS FULL OF BOBBLES....WE ENJOYED THE NIGHT

Conveniently situated near a main road but unaffected by noise from it. Large comfortable rooms with a generous breakfast. Ample choices for evening meals at the restaurant and drinks from the bar. Friendly and accommodating staff ensured that the overall experience was top notch.
