Fully Furnished, 2000 Square Foot Rancher Style Home, With Air Conditioning

Four Seasons Place is located on a quiet dead end street, and has tons of parking for all of your toys. This home has four separate bedrooms with eight separate beds and sleeps twelve. There is AIR CONDITIONING, and has everything you need to make your getaway hassle free including a large 8 person hot tub, barbecue, and all cookware and dishes, bathroom linens, and all bedding. There is a large kitchen and living room to relax and entertain. There are two large HD televisions with NetFlix and free WIFI through out the house. The home also has a washer and dryer and large mud room to dry your winter gear. The are four bedrooms with 8 individual beds. There are 10 parking stalls on the property. Sicamous business license number 226. You can book with confidence with this fully licensed home.

Shane and Rhonda’s property was lovely to spend our time at for a golf getaway. It was extremely well kept and they were very welcoming and communicative for the entire stay. Highly recommend for any stay out in BC.

Fantastic Vacation Getaway

Great vacation property to get away with friends and dogs! Large enclosed back yard was great for playing with our dogs and house had lots of space to comfortably relax. Everything was well organized and it worked well to pop out to local area attractions. Really enjoyed ourselves!

Quiet Escape to Sicamous

Well equipped rental with nicely stocked kitchen. Fenced backyard was good to relax in and spacious for our dogs to run around in (didn’t get chance to try hot tub). Despite quick access to highway it had a quiet setting and worked well for accessing nearby towns and trails

Recommend this property for your stay in Sicamous

There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 4 to 70. Layout of the home was great and lots of yard space and parking area. We felt very “at home”. Very efficient process, exceptionally clean, and property well located for our visit to the area. Host was on top of everything and answered all questions we had.

Our home away from home

Rhonda and Shane have graciously attended to our comfortable stay in Sicamous when we come for our annual family reunion! This home is clean, functional, well maintained with many extras that add to our comfort. We’ve been renting here for years. And will continue to for the foreseeable future.

Sicamous at its finest!

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for the family to stay together. Age Range from age 1 to 93. The house was perfectly appointed. Location was convenient to Timmie’s and the wedding venue. Lots of space to hang together or to find a cozy nook to chill. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We would highly recommend this spot and these hosts. Thank you for making the weekend perfect!

Neat and tidy. Clean. Spacious. Private setting. Welcoming decor. Well appointed. Generous supplies.

Beware of geese and their fly by pooping!! (A very "once in a lifetime" accident in the hot tub). A toiletry shelf in the 2nd bathroom would be helpful. Small dressers and/or arm chairs in each bedroom would also be helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were ALL very comfy with great duvets. Lots of living room sitting for number of guests. Easy to find. Great parking. We would highly recommend this "home away from home". Thanks Shane and Rhonda.

Four adult women with dogs. Great location central to highway and Salmon Arm. Spacious parking. Lovely deck area in back yard for relaxing and entertaining. Beds super comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with ample area for cooking at home. Beautiful looking hot tub that we had hoped to enjoyed but we weren’t at the house long enough to take part. Washer and dryer on site.
