The first front desk person we met was very friendly, after him the rest were quite rude. The bathroom had mold in it and so many bugs. There was a constant banging on the wall that never stopped. The pool was good, however we were told we could only have 1 towel because they didnt have enough for all guests. The rooms are undown. Only 1 hot tub running which we couldnt use because it was full of rowdy kids with no parenys. Not worth the money they charge.

Fyi, the restaurant wasnt open when we were there. The website doesnt show the hours....so that sucked. We were hoping for dinner the lounge and a breakfast. They seem to have everything all in house. But not the days we were there.

It was a good stay. We stayed for 3 nights; the room we stayed in was in the building behind the main hotel. The room was relatively quiet, especially given the proximity to the Trans-Canada. The pool was lovely and our kids enjoyed swimming in it daily. The room is everything you need, and is by no means fancy. However, it was clean upon arrival and my family enjoyed our stay.

The front staff were friendly, resort style pool was awesome but the rooms were very dated and like stepping into 80’s style motel. Definitely needing a renovation to bring things up to date. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not the cleanest. The old yucky tile on the floor definitely doesn’t help. The pool is definitely the draw here.

The pool is beautiful. Always well maintained. The room was old and the mattresses hard.There are some spots on the Expedia website that talk about what a great free breakfast the hotel has but the restaurant has changed ownership and there is no longer free breakfast. We felt misled. The food in the restaurant was not great, but there was nowhere else to eat without driving. I would come back for the pool but nothing else.

It was such a pretty location. And there is a really neat walking trail near the parking lot. My only complaints (The pool was so beautiful, but incredibly cold, and the hot tubs were a little outdated slighty dirty and not warm at all. I do wish they swept the corridors and door ways for spiders. ) Ita a gorgeous hotel, and the grounds are beautifully done. The restaurant was quaint. A few issues i had was the room upgrade was a little downgrade for the quality. Some maintenance things, that i did report to the staff. It didnt affect how i perceived the room. The staff were kind and helpful. And i enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and great service.

We've stayed here before and love it. The hot tub was barely warm, but the pool area is above average! A beautiful property. The rooms are a bit dated but mostly in good repair. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing!
