Fair deal for the affordable price. Budget accommodations. Small pool was a nice addition and good for kids. Hot tub didn't look clean. TV didn't work at all. I assume this is an ongoing issues since there is something about how to make it work on the paper they have at check in but ours never worked, even after calling and getting instructions to reset. Nice central location.

It's okay for a quick overnight stay. Adam was very friendly at check-in and when we did not like the first room we got, he gladly gave us another which was definitely satisfactory.

Parking was easy and in a convenient location. Slept very well due to the nice quality sheets. They offered lots of hot water for our shower with nice fluffy towels. Very clean Hotel on the inside outside could use a little TLC as far as sprucing up the paint. Overall great stay

Clean bed, decent sized room. Couch was worn out and had sand on it. Staff was friendly and helpful, really appreciated that. Overall, it's typical of the America's Best Value brand. Not great, but typically cheaper.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was small. Towels are not the huge towels I get at other hotels. Park I had to use was gravel, not paved. The Americas Best sign was not showing on the building where I could see it so I thought it was the wrong property.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself was a completely different story. The motel is very dated and run down, and the room was in serious need of updating and maintenance. I understand that this is a basic motel and wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, but at approximately $300 CAD per night, the condition of the property simply does not justify the price. It felt like an inexpensive roadside motel being charged at premium hotel rates. I have no complaints whatsoever about the staff, and they deserve credit for providing great service despite the condition of the property. However, the motel itself needs significant renovations, and until that happens, charging around $300 CAD a night feels excessive and very poor value for what you receive.

We arrived and were greeted so warmly and everyone from the front desk to the people that cleaned were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were firm but so soft to sleep in. The bathroom was small with very thin towels and soap the size of a quarter. Bring your own toiletries. This is an older hotel and the walls are thin. The first night we heard the tv next door all night. The other 2 nights were wonderfully quiet. There was a clean nice pool and the coffee was always on but no breakfast provided. I would stay again.

The rooms are OK, nothing special. The have a decent fridge. We stayed one night and it was constant noise from the other rooms, we didn't get any sleep. We've stayed here twice thinking the noise the first time was a fluke but we were wrong!
