Welcome to Villa Renata. You are going to spend an unforgettable holiday in Salo - Lake Garda at my property. What are you waiting for? Book it now!

My apartment is composed of large and bright living area of 45smq with 2 soft sofas where you can enjoy breathtaking view over the lake, a fireplace and a SMART TV with a NETFLIX account included; a well-equipped kitchen with every comfort you need during your stay, such as gas stove top, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster. I also provide you spices, sugar, salt, any type of tea and infusion sachets you like.
Furthermore there is a comfortable broom closet, where you will find a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, trash bags...

Focus of my apartment is the stunning terrace covered by an electric awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, a gas barbecue Here you can sunbathe and relax, drinking a tasty glass of local wine and enjoying the view.

There are two bedrooms: the first one is about 20 smq with garden view, it offers a double bed (or 2 single beds), a desk, a wardrobe. Close to it, there is another broom closet. Upstairs there is a mezzanine floor with another double bed or 2 single beds.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a private balcony with lake view.
Towels, beach towels, sheets and blankets are provided and changed once a week.

Besides there are two bathrooms. The first one is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, a bidet; the second one offers a bathtub, a bidet, a WC and a washing machine.
All the bathrooms have a window.

The apartment offers also a flowered garden at the ground floor, private car parking for 2 cars, an additonal tiled solarium with lake view. Moreover I offer free WIFI and air conditioning.

It is accesible only by a staircase (about 15 steps) and also inside the apartment there are some steps, so it is not recommended to old people or people with physical problems.

The house is located into a semi-detached house in a green, quiet residential area, only 15 minutes walking from the city center and from the main beaches of Salo.
Close to the apartment you will find many services, like two supermarkets, an excellent restaurant, a gym and public swimmingpools, a butcher's shop, a bakery and a pharmacy.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß, sauber, ruhig und hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer. Es gibt Fahrräder zur Verfügung und das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Haartrockner, Handtüchern und Strandtüchern. Meine Familie hat den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Hausbesitzerin und ihre Nichten sind super lieb und über WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Selbst als unser Auto kaputt gegangen ist, waren sie stundenlang da, um uns zu helfen. Zum Meer und zum Einkaufen sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Renata & Co!

Traumhaftes Appartement

Trotz einiger persönlichen Schwierigkeiten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und blitzsauberen Appartement. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Renata und Federico ist sehr herzlich und völlig problemlos. Bei der Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungspaket zur Verfügung, was uns den 1. Tag ziemlich erleichterte. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter ohne die wir wegen unseres "Problems" ziemlich aufgeschmissen gewesen wären. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Gardasee. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich, hervorragend ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee von Wohnraum und Balkon aus ist einfach nur phantastisch. Auch die Lage ist prima, schnell ist man zu Fuß am See bzw. in der Stadt und Salò ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den See. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: immer freundlich, aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Herzlichen Dank an Federico und Renata! Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir ein nettes "Verpflegungspaket" für das Wochenende vorgefunden, sehr lieb.

The best of Lake Garda

We finally managed to get to Salo after the last few years restrictions on travel. It was so worth the wait! The apartment is beautiful and with everything you could possibly need. The view over Salo and the lake will stay in our memory for a long time. Renata & Federico were so welcoming and helpful during our stay even helped us find an optician when my partner’s glasses were broken! Salo is a lovely town with great restaurants and excellent market. We loved our time at this property and would highly recommend.

Aufenthalt total genossen!

Die Vermieter sind super nett. Das Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen total schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frederico hat jederzeit geholfen, egal was es war. Hatten ein Autoproblem und auch da ist er gekommen und hat uns sein Werkzeug geborgt. Sehr zuverlässig. Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll im mediterranen Stil eingerichtet ,sehr gut ausgestattet - sogar Badetücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt.- und tadellos sauber. Vom Wohn-und Essbereich gelangt man zur grossen Terrasse, von wo aus man auf den See blicken kann. Wir wurden von Federico sehr freundlich begrüsst, ein "Erstversorgungstablett"war gerichtet und es gibt einen dicken Ordner mit vielen Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden etc. Die Lage ist ruhig , Stadt und See sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar ,Strände in wenigen Autominuten. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und von mir aus könnte es schon wieder los gehen...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wein und Essen für die erste Mahlzeit stand bereit, vielen Dank dafür. Auch die alltäglichen Dinge wie Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Papierrolle, etc. waren vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch kann man zu Fuß zum See und ins Zentrum. Frederico hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert und uns gut Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir können das Feriendomiziel absolut empfehlen.

Lovely Salò Apartment

We had two fantastic weeks in Salò, Lake Garda. The property was great for our family of 5. Our three girls had their own sleeping area which included a mezzanine bedroom and the rest of the apartment was spacious and well equipped. To top it all off, there was a truly wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the large balcony, with plenty of room to eat al fresco and sunbathe. It is a really good base for exploring Lake Garda, Verona and even Venice.

Wonderful Holiday Flat

Renata's holiday flat in Salò ist just wonderful: well equipped,clean, nice interior, enough space for 4-6 people, fantastic view. A perfect, quiet place in a perfect town. Supermarket, lake, historic town center, etc. in walking distance. We met Renata's nephew Federico at the flat and he explained everything - he is very friendly and helpful! Thank you for the lovely welcome goods (pasta, biscuits, crisps and many more) !!! We felt at home from the very first moment! Will definitely come again!!!

Great stay in Salo

Renata's apartment was lovely, we had a great eight days there (15/23rd June), it was very clean and comfortable. The terrace attached to the lounge was big enough to eat on and also to relax on sun chairs, the view over the lake and surrounding area is wonderful. Although there are properties around the apartment it is completely private and the front garden is also for sole use of Renata's guests. In the eight days we were in Salo we only used the car once ( to go to the supermarket) it is walkable but not with heavy bags. The parking is secure and off the road. As we usually self cater, it is important that the kitchen is well equipped, everything that we needed and more was available for our use. I cannot recommend Renata's apartment enough if you are visiting Salo, it was a memorable holiday. Thank you to Frederico for his helpful courteous service and also to Renata for allowing us to use her lovely apartment.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage. Großzügiger Wohn-/Essraum mit ansprechender Möblierung. Große Terrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See und die Stadt Salo. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist allerdings wegen der dortigen Bettenkonstruktion wohl eher für Kinder bis 15 Jahre geeignet. Fußweg zum Seeufer 10-15 Minuten. Großzügige Uferpromenade.

Large and well equipped apartment with a fantastic view on the lake

When we arrived Federico gave us a detailed instruction and was very friendly. We were overwhelmed from the fantastic view of the lake Garda and enjoyed it every evening when we came home. Renata surprised us when we arrived with some food and a delicious Tiramisu. The Appartement was spacious and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Beautiful home with stunning views

From our initial arrival to our departure Renata and her nephew were extremely attentive and helpful. The accommodation was everything we expected; spacious, clean, all the amenities we needed, lovely views over the lake and only a 10 minute stroll to the lakeside, shopping area and restaurants. Salo is a lovely town with lots of interesting shops and a great choice of restaurants. It's the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday on the lake. We walked to Gardonne, took the ferry to Sirmione and Garda, which we thoroughly enjoyed, but always glad to be returning to Salo. Thank you for making our holiday and birthday celebrations so memorable.
