Great stay, fine house

You’ll need a car to visit Salo (which is a very cute town) but the location of the house is fantastic, with a great view. The villa is also well kept, well equipped and has a nice pool. We also appreciated the grocery shopping service and the nice welcome gift (fantastic local oil and wine). Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect spot beside Lake Garda

The villa was really special. The swimming pool and views over the lake and mountains are truly fabulous. The place has several different locations in which to sit down at large tables for a shared meal which was excellent. Also, we highly recommend Novella and the team at Holiday Garda who were very helpful in helping us with the booking. For such a high-end property the wi-fi service is absolutely dreadful. We strongly recommend that a higher speed service is provided. Also, the grand piano is badly in need of a tune-up.

Great villa, beautiful sorroundings.

We have rented this villa for a week for 10 guests including children. Everybody had a great time. The villa is clean and spacious. It has all the amenities required for the week of stay. The veranda view is amazing. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Sami is a beautiful town next door and food shopping can be done in a local stores. We will be back to visit this area And rent the villa again.

Villa Desire is beautiful - stunning views, really well equipped, very clean. It is bright and airy. The pool is large with very comfortable sunloungers. The location is quiet and well maintained. We had a fantastic week. You do however need a car - it is a brisk 30 min walk to Salo, along busy roads, and hills! We had teenagers with us, and they would have preferred somewhere closer to the town. However, if you are looking for a relaxing week in a gorgeous villa, with stunning views, this is for you. Nothing.

Villa Desire was perfect for our family group.

The view from the villa is breathtaking. There are several nicely furnished areas to take full advantage of the view. The pool & its surroundings are in sun most of the day. The water was too cold for most of us, it being late October. We'll have to come back in the summer. The villa was very well equipped and we enjoyed all breakfasting in the kitchen & having evening meals in the dining room /lounge. The Garda Holidays staff were delightful to deal with... very helpful & accommodating. The owner of the villa came very promptly to sort out a small problem with the gas supply. Thank you, all, for a lovely holiday!

Traumhaft und einfach perfekt!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien da, alle Kinder schon erwachsen und mit Anhang. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, eine ganz tolle Villa in fantastischer Lage.Das Haus liegt einsam auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Salò, hat einen großartigen Pool, eine traumhafte Terrasse und einen fantastischen Blick auf Salò und den Gardasee. Wir haben uns alle so wohl gefühlt, dass wir uns die meiste Zeit am Pool und der Terrasse aufgehalten haben

Mit Freunden und Familie in Salò

Lage ist wunderschön, keine Nachbarn, der Pool, die Nähe zu Salò, die Zimmer. Der Service von HG ist immer top WLan Empfang ist sehr schlecht und zudem langsam. In den Schlafzimmern ist kein Empfang. Hier müsste man sicherlich eine Verbesserung erzielen, da heute ganz viele Provider sehr gute auch preislich vernünftige Angebote haben, die Empfang und Schnelligkeit gewährleisten

Lage Lage Lage... Pool Pool Pool...

Am Pool zu liegen unter schattigen Olivenbäumen mit Blick runter auf Salo ist unbeschreiblich und kann nicht auf Bildern wiedergegeben werden. Das ist das ganz große Plus. Dazu ein fantastischer sehr großer Pool mit Außendusche. Dieser Bereich ist nicht zu toppen, zumal das Grundstück hinter der Liegewiese stark abfällt und somit kein Zaun den Blick stört. Man "schwebt" über Salo. In Salo selbst ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten ohne viel Serpentinen, sodass den Beifahrern auch nicht schlecht wird. Supermärkte sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Für unseren großen Hund war es perfekt. Keine Nachbarn, kein Stress. Und schließlich die liebe Novella! Sie ist nicht nur eine ganz liebe Person, sondern löst jedes Problem sofort und ist absolut professionell besser kann man es nicht machen. Das Haus ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen. Viel Charme, großzügig geschnitten, aber eben auch etwas älter. Die untere Etage fällt leider deutlich vom Niveau ab, besser man benötigt nur die drei oberen Schlafräume. Die Bausubstanz ist allerdings erstaunlich gut, gebaut für die Ewigkeit. Vor dem Küchenfenster wäre eine kleine Markise toll, denn dort wird es sehr warm. Trotzdem selbstverständlich 5 Sterne.

7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder haben die Ferien genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzunehmen. Nespresso-Maschine, Kindersitz, Kinderspielsachen, genügend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, alles ist vorhanden. Besonderes Highlight waren der Pool und die grosse Terrasse mit der herrlichen Aussicht.

wunderschöne Herbstwoche

Wir, 10 Personen aus 3 Familien, hatten, wie schon letztes Jahr, auf diesem herrlichen Anwesen eine Woche der Oktoberferien verbracht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Blick über die Bucht von Salò. Diesen hat man übrigens auch vom noch im Oktober gut nutzbaren Pool und von da sogar bis zum Torre di San Martino. Und wenn's etwas frischer ist, läßt es sich im nahezu mondänen Wohn-, Eß- und Musikzimmer hervorragend klönen. Vielen Dank!

Ruim huis met prachtig zicht op het meer. Winkels in de nabije omgeving. Fietsen aanwezig. Voldoende ruime kamers met airco. 1 minpuntje: geen WiFi aan het zwembad en WiFi in het algemeen niet goed werkend.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf Salo und den Gardasee. Sehr schön sind die verschiedenen Sitzplätze auf dem Grundstück und der große Pool. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Platz, um Urlaub zu machen. Unteres Bad renovieren und eine Sauna einbauen.

Beautiful House with astonishing view over Salo

Much space for a big family in a well equipped villa. The pool with the garden and the view over Salo is the highlight. We enjoyed the terrace during all the day. The center of Salo can be reached by walking in 45 minutes. We did several biking tours through the Valtenesi. Salo is a beautiful town with a lot of shops,cafes and restaurants at the lakeside. Disturbing: the street right under the house and the sleeping rooms in the basement (dark)
