    Spanning approximately 500 sqm over four floors, Villa Frida offers generous, light-filled living spaces designed for relaxation and togetherness. From the second and third floors, guests can enjoy delightful views of Lake Garda, while the villa is surrounded by a lush private park filled with majestic century-old trees, ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity.



    Rich in historic character yet thoughtfully updated with contemporary comforts, Villa Frida features a brand-new private swimming pool with easy step access, a beautifully landscaped private park, and elegant outdoor living areas complete with a lounge, spacious dining area and modern barbecue. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, Smart TVs with Astra Satellite, and private parking for up to four cars within the gated property.

    The property is nestled within approximately 1,500 sqm of flat private gardens, where olive trees and magnificent century-old trees create an enchanting setting. Located in a peaceful village, the villa is an ideal starting point for scenic walks through nature while being perfectly positioned to explore the most beautiful destinations around Lake Garda.



    Its generous interiors provide comfort and privacy even for large families or groups of friends travelling together. Outside, the gardens have been tastefully furnished with elegant outdoor furniture, a large dining table, a comfortable lounge area, and the beautiful private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols.



  • Bedrooms: Sleeps up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms arranged over two floors. The second floor features three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French-size bed. Two of the double bedrooms share a large terrace with beautiful lake views. The top floor offers one double bedroom with lake views, one twin bedroom with beds convertible into a double, plus a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.



  • Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one bathroom with shower, while the first floor features a guest WC. The second floor offers two spacious and bright bathrooms: one with a modern shower and one with a double vanity and bathtub. On the top floor, guests will find a large bathroom with double vanity and a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for moments of complete relaxation.



  • Kitchen: A secondary kitchen on the ground floor conveniently serves the outdoor dining area and terrace. The main kitchen, located on the first floor, is spacious, full of character and fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, cookware, crockery and kitchen utensils.



  • Indoor & Outdoor Dining: The main indoor dining table, located in the principal kitchen, comfortably seats up to 12 guests. Outdoors, next to the veranda and barbecue area, a large dining table provides the perfect setting for unforgettable meals under the Lake Garda sky.



  • Swimming Pool: Private 8 x 3 metre swimming pool with convenient step access, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols for complete relaxation throughout the day.



  • Living Areas: Villa Frida offers several beautiful spaces designed for relaxation. On the ground floor, a spacious veranda overlooks the lush gardens. The first floor features a cosy reading corner and a large living room with fireplace, piano, Smart TV and bookshelves. The top floor offers a welcoming open-plan lounge with fireplace and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing evenings together.



  • Garden: Approximately 1,500 sqm of completely flat private gardens featuring olive trees and magnificent century-old trees, offering exceptional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.



  • Entertainment: Three HD Smart TVs with Astra Satellite.



  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa.



  • Additional Amenities: Laundry room, ironing board and iron, safe, hairdryers in every bathroom, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and table football.



  • Parking: Private gated parking for up to four vehicles within the property.

Empfehlenswerte Villa für die Ferien

Super eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern. Zweite Küche im Untergeschoss wertvoll bei schönem Wetter. Guter Standort nahe Salo und trotzdem im Grünen. Garten mit grossen Bäumen die Schatten geben war in der Hitze wertvoll. Pool mit Tor abtrennbar vom Haus wegen kleineren Kindern. Fünf Hundekothaufen in der Wiese gleich neben dem Sitzplatz aussen mussten wir entfernen, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Ein Kleinkind hatte Hundekot an den Füssen! Keine Möglichkeit die herabfallenden und zerplatzenden reifen Mirabellen vom Sitzplatz, Tisch und Stühlen draussen zu entfernen ausser mit Besen und Schaufel. Dadurch hatte es sehr viele Wespen am Boden und der Boden war klebrig. Wasserschlauch oder Hochdruckreiniger haben gefehlt. Topfpflanzen im Garten waren total vernachlässigt. Wir haben die Pflanzen aufgepäppelt mit regelmässigen Wassergaben. Bessere Einführung in die technischen Möglichkeiten, wie Tür- und Toröffnung vom Haus aus, Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten innen wie aussen usw.

Gorgeous villa!

We had a very lovely stay with our family (8 adults and 4 children). The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. Airconditioning in every bedroom was excellent! Also very quiet during the night. It is also great that there are 2 kitchens (we mostly used the one downstairs). The swimming pool is perfect for little kids with the staircases. Ample parking space for at least 4 or 5 cars The wifi connection was often really slow and disconnected sometimes. Even after we reset the router it did not improve that much. The water in the swimming pool is not heated so during some "colder" days (20-24°) the kids were too cold during swimming
