Apartment with spectacular views of Pasea Jaume I, it has a room with two single beds, an equipped kitchen ( no washing machine), a bathroom with a bathtub and a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace from where you can see all of Salou and its beach. The apartment is original, it has not been renovated. But it is in good condition.Wifi only in july and august.The building has an elevator and is located on the first line of the beach, precisely the Llevant beach in Salou. The bus station is just a few meters away and restaurants and shops in the area are within walking distance of the building.LLevant beach is a long beach of just over 1 kilometer in length that runs parallel to the Jaume I promenade. It has fine golden sand, has all kinds of services and is ideal for families with children.It is the largest beach in Salou, with a length of 1,200 meters and about 66 meters wide. This fine sandy beach can be explored following the Jaume I promenade, which runs parallel to itOn the promenade there are various services and leisure facilities, both for children and adults. This boulevard, full of vegetation and gardens, is an ideal place to walk and contemplate the sea throughout the year.A few kilometers away you can find the Port Aventura theme park, much appreciated by both children and adults.
