“PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk.
CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however……

“The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving……

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”
