Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Appartement en très mauvais état. La persiennes de la chambre ne peut pas se fermer. Cela n'est pas nouveau car elle est tout simplement vissée en position haute car le système est cassé. La lampe de cuisine est complètement fondue. Laissant des fils électriques apparent. Très dangereux. L'équipement est vraiment très primaire. Pas de bol, 3 couteaux dépareillés pas de planche a découper. Tout est dépareillé et vieux. Les poêles sont vraiment dans un triste état. Pourtant je ne suis pas exigeant quand je suis en vacances mais cet appartement ne devrait pas pouvoir être loué dans l'état. Pourtant l'appartement est tenue par une agence. L'agence m'a assuré que tous ces points vont être vus avec le propriétaire... Mais c'est bien l'agence qui valide la mise en location et non le propriétaire. L'isolation est inexistante appartement des années 80 mal réalisé. Bref a fuir. Pour le prix vous trouverez certainement mieux pas de doute.
