Large apartment located in Salou, in front of Capellans beach and a few minutes walking from the centre of Salou. It has a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views. Perfect to enjoy the sea breeze and the best summer atmosphere of the capital of the Costa Dorada.



Playa dels Capellans beach, despite being one of the most crowded, has a very familiar atmosphere, and offers a sunbeds and awning rental service. At the beginning of the beach there is a pine grove with a children's playground. Perfect if the kids get tired of the sun, they can play in the shade of the pine trees.



The MARINA MAR apartment is distributed in 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for those families looking for the comfort of their home next to the beach.



The UHC MARINA MAR complex has a communal area with a small swimming pool.



GOOD TO KNOW:



- Reservations for groups are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Check out before 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Annonce conforme à la description sur le site , appartement spacieux et agréable pour 2 familles 👪 Meubles du salon a moderniser , attention clous au sol pour les enfants et évier non pratique = inondation. Résidence calme et belle piscine peu fréquentée, gardien peu accueillant ... Très belles vacances grâce à Abritel encore une fois. PS: pas de clim ni parking compris dans le prix déjà assez élevé.

Enjoyable

The property was spacious, clean and in an excellent location. We had a problem with the washing machine on the Sunday. I sent an email and first thing Monday morning a guy turned up and replaced it. Excellent service. The fact that the villa is run by a letting agency caused us some problems in the beginning with confusion over what to pay and when. I ended up paying the full amount plus deposit as the emails I kept receiving were saying that unless I paid the villa would be put back on the market. Not what you want to hear when your flights and transfers were booked. The only issue I did have was the €30 Euro charge to pick up our key. Apparently because we arrived late on Saturday evening it cost €30 to put the key in box outside their office door. A rip off by the letting company. Just be aware of all their hidden extras.
