「This place was great! Dog friendly, private access to the north end of La misión beach directly in front of the house. The complex is technically in the second row in front of the beach, but there’s nothing in front except the little path through the ice plant-covered dune, so it’s slightly set back from the beach and feels very private. The large balcony is like its own patio with an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean right out front. The linens, towels, bathroom, and full kitchen were also...

「We had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. David, the host, called us before we arrived to let us know the latest news on border crossings and the best driving route to La Mision. When we arrived, David was there to greet us and help us get settled into our new home for the next month. We found the place to be beautifully decorated, extremely neat and clean, and very secure. Parking was super convenient right next to the entry door (Casa Bella is located inside a guarded and gated community) and...

「The room smelled of sewer, shampoo and body wash containers were empty. The restaurant next door Loreta is overpriced, charged $20 dollars for 2 bottles of water without being told of cost upfront.」

「Lost running water on second day. Host was responsive to getting it fixed, but still very annoying. Listing contained false advertising. Claimed to have a “jacuzzi” but it was not hot water, just a small circular pool, and the picture of the complex was a different Plaza Del Mar complex from the one we stayed in. No indication of which floor we would be on (third) which was a challenge for my parent with mobility issues. Location was clean and building was new with proximity to the ocean, but...
