Play all day, then relax and enjoy this beautiful mountain view home - just minutes from tons of biking & hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, a quick 20 to 30 minutes to several world-famous Utah ski resorts, and only minutes from the University of Utah.

Whether you want to hike, mountain bike, hit the slopes, just relax, visit your college kids, or enjoy the city... you're in the right spot with this amazing little home. And the mountainous living and bedroom views transition into the most spectacular city view at night that will blow your mind!

You can whip up an amazing meal in the kitchen or hit a local grill, and enjoy hanging out and watching a movie after a fun day in the mountains, making it perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or a small family fun adventure.

For families with a couple of little ones, or a teen or 2 you'll love how the full-size murphy bed tucks away so you can enjoy the spacious living area during the day.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and street parking available as well. It has its own private entrance up one flight of stairs and is above a "main" home, but that is another reason you get the stunning mountain and city views.

This was a really nice place for a short trip to SLC. The space is clean and location convenient. High quality cooking amenities made it realistic to save a little money by preparing a few meals at home. Cat was super supportive and quick to respond to messages and questions.

I enjoyed this apartment so much! It had amazing views of the city and the location is very close to hiking options both for the novice as well as the expert. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe walking around and exploring on foot. I would love to come back in the future. The host was also very responsive with any questions I had - even the silly ones. Being able to stay in this comfortable house made my two week solo work trip/first time in SLC feel safe and enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful views, great location and easy check in!!

For starters the view is UNBELIEVABLE! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s just spectacular. The location can’t be beat. Easy access to some nice hikes, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a quick drive to the University. We can’t wait to come back in the winter. We didn’t realize how close it is to the ski resorts…4 choices within about 20 minutes. The host was great! She communicated well and made it so easy to get into the place and made sure she was available if we had any questions. Inside was clean, well organized and has all of the amenities you need. It’s got a very cool feel to it, sort of like a loft, but way roomier. It’s got a really good sized bedroom and the living room is super spacious. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
