Great place to stay!
This was a perfect place to stay while I helped my son move into a house only 3 blocks away. Very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Only 10 minutes to the U campus!

Convenient and quiet location
Sugar House location provides easy access to the Mountains and the neighborhood is gentrifying quickly with lots of new restaurants, etc.. Apartment is efficient and has most everything you need. While there a light in the dining area flickered, but I didnt hear back from the owner regarding a plan to fix.

Sweet, updated condo in quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed and living room futon were both comfortable. We loved the walkability of the quiet neighborhood and we didn't hear much noise from the immediate building neighbors. We had a little difficulty with the app-enabled door lock but Chad replaced it with a new key pad lock and it worked great! We hope to stay again.

Great location, great place
My wife and I stayed for a week for some early spring skiing and couldn't have been happier. The condo was spotless and well equipped, and the location was ideal - close to the mountains, close to downtown and close to tons of great restaurants. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.
