“What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Le personnel est adorable, des femmes agent d'entretien au personnel de l'accueil, du bar piscine, du restaurant ou encore du théâtre. La nourriture est bonne, seul bémol, il manque un peu de choix pour les personnes ne mangeant pas de viande ou régime viande spécial, des burgers fish serait top ! On recommande cet établissement à 100%. De plus, il est situé à proximité de tout et de la plage en face avec un parking gratuit ”

“No WiFi, we were given a code for the WiFi but could only connect very sporadically. The TV only had one channel, which if you like Big Bang Theory reruns would.ve ok. Or if we had WiFi we could have connected to our own Netflix etc. The shower (whichbwas nice and hot and powerful) flooded the whole bathroom, which has previously caused the bathroom door to swell, making it difficult to open/close. A mop was provided but the head kept falling off. Washing up liquid was provided but no……

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……
