L'hotel è una casa privata con vertita e conserva i pavimenti in parquet e ceramica ed è decorato in elegante stile locale. Le ragazze alla ricezione sono gentilissime. le stanze sono pulite e ben tenute. c'è un giardino con una piccola piscina e un patio. È disponibile un garage gratuito .l'hotel si trova in centro, comodo per visitare la città. Lo raccomando

Beautiful property, lackluster staff

The hotel itself is very nice with gorgeous wood floors and nice small touches throughout. It’s located very central in walking distance for most destinations in Salta. We found the breakfast to be lacking as it was a few pastries and watery yogurt. Most importantly, the front desk staff seemed annoyed by any question we asked whether it be about our stay at the hotel or a recommendation. The main guy at the front desk was generally too busy to help us and made us feel like a burden. When we asked for a nice coffee shop to grab breakfast their best suggestion was Havana aka the Starbucks of Argentina when there are plentiful cafes and coffee shops nearby.

Bait and switch

The hotel offers a very good relationship between quality and price. The pool and garden are especially attractive. My gripe concerns the room I was initially assigned. I booked a standard double and was, without comment, shown to a very small room. After a few hours I checked my reservation, the listing on hotels.com, and the hotel's own web site. My room was nothing like the 22 square meter room advertised as a standard double on hotels.com. Instead it was clearly the "double small" listed only on the hotel's own site. I complained. The desk agent on duty that evening said I was correct, that nothing could be done that night, but that I could move the following day (lots of fun to pack and unpack again). The following morning the desk agent claimed that my room was a standard double (this made me mad) but could switch me anyway. I moved to a more spacious room that corresponded to what was advertised as a standard double on hotels.com and the hotel's own web site. At check-out I requested compensation for the smaller room and was given 250 pesos (about US$4). I don't know if this was fair or a few pennies tossed my way to get rid of me. I note that the hotel has now switched around pictures on the web and shows a photo of the postage stamp room as a "standard double." In addition: internet connection is poor and the sinks in both rooms contained hairs of unknown origin. Watch out!

Hotel is in het centrum, maar toch rustig gelegen. In de tuin kun je heerlijk zitten. Kamer en bedden zijn prima in orde. Ontbijt zoals overal in Argentinië: brood om te roosteren, ham, kaas, jam, dulce de leche, medialunas, zoete yoghurt, cornflakes, fruit, koffie, thee, verse sinaasappelsap, cakes. Dus heel veel zoetigheid. Jammer dat er buiten het ontbijt om geen koffie/theegelegenheid was. De auto kan in een grote garage naast het hotel geparkeerd worden. Receptie spreekt Engels.

Characterful friendly hotel

Lovely little hotel with character and charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but probably as we'd asked for an early check in which is fair enough. Breakfast was a bit on the sparse side but there were some lovely pastries. Would definitely return, the communal garden and pool area is a lovely place to sit for a few hours.

Beetje moeilijk te beoordelen. Eerste keer kamer 6 voor 3 nachten. Zeer ruime kamer met twee ruime bedden. Alle aangeprezen voorzieningen klopten en waren aanwezig. Tweede keer weer kamer 6 voor 1 nacht. Alles weer OK. Derde keer weer voor één nacht, maar nu kamer 8. Beduidend kleinere kamer met te klein tweepersoons bed. Voorzieningen uiteraard hetzelfde. Kortom, in deze klasse is dit hotel een aanrader, ligt ook bijzonder goed t.o.v. het centrum, maar zorg dat je niet in kamer 8 terecht komt.
