「This place was perfect for the two of us. The view was amazing, the hosts were there for anything we needed, and the groundskeeper was friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back!」

「The community was very nice. My grandson loved the pool. Beach is short walk across the road. Would be perfect if you could bring a boat. If there was somewhere you could rent topark trailer. Thank you for a enjoyable stay.」

「Property was great for our little family. Not oceanfront but not a far walk. Liked the pool access and access to other things. The gate key stopped working and we had to go back twice to get a different one(not anyone’s fault but mechanics). The beach was perfect and we actually got to sea turtles hatch! AMAZING! Close to some good restaurants. Even though we had people above us we didn’t hear them-must be insulated well! Loved having a small enclosed porch. Definately would go back. 」

「Quick trip to the beach and we were blown away! Quiet laid back atmosphere with small beach town vibe. Cozy condo with enough room for a quick relaxing get away. Amenities were amazing, communication was the best we have experienced. Queen bed in single room was in need of an update but still workable. Already looking to book again!! 」

「Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.」

「This condo had everything we could have wanted. The kids had their own bathroom, and the whole place was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with all of the appliances in good working order. The kids loved being able to switch back-and-forth between the beach and the pool. The beach was literally just down a flight of stairs at the end of the walkway. We could hardly ask for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommended!」

「The location was just as described, the beach was just over the dune! Nice and quiet. We were there to visit our kids so it was a perfect place for us to stay after a long day. Only thing I would mention is that there is no closet space or drawers for clothes. Minor for the two of us, who hasn't lived out their suitcase once or twice. Would recommend for anyone looking for a super close spot to the beach at a good price!」
