Summer Winds A-207 is a 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area is gorgeously welcoming with a seaside style and access to the balcony with Atlantic Ocean views.Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom #2 has a King bed, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Amenities Include: 4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered balcony with furniture.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
