「Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again」

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」

「The bedding and towels were of good quality and the room was clean however the general state of maintenance was very poor. The ensuite smelled of rot as evidenced in the state of the bath surround. The fan sounded like a jet engine. The window was almost impossible to put up or down but needed to be up to dissipate the smell of the bathroom. The hallways also smelt musty and there are lots of stairs up and down with your luggage. I would not stay here again.」

「Positives: Large free car park Massive rooms with separate living area Kitchen with all amenities, all crockery you could need Plenty of coffee, hot chocolate, tea bags Mirror in bathroom with led lights for applying make up Comfy bed, absolutely massive Mostly clean Negatives: Shower was freezing cold Area was sketchy af Wondered at times if this was some kind of half house, with the clientele Screaming and shouting between a couple on the corridor at 8am Overall, we needed somewhere to...
