- bath and shower are aged and stained
- shower handle stayed in my hand when I turned off the shower

「Staff made the stay phenomenal. Each and every one of the staff members was super kind, helpful and professional. The breakfast was actually made with care and effort unlike in other hotels that offer complementary breakfast. Each item was fresh and made well. Nothing burnt, nothing dry or undercooked.
