「I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. Safety of the motion sensor lights at the front and back doors and the snow melting pads while weren't needed during our stay definitely says the property owner wants to keep their guests safe.
