"Staff does not speak English, there was no broom available in the appartement, kitchen equipment (frying pan and cookingpot) are old and too small for 2 people WIFI was ok, sanitair ok"

"Our flat was very nice and spacious with great view of the city from the balcony. Kitchen had everything what was needed for cooking breakfast and meals.Great bathroom with nice shower with plenty of hot water.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. However flat could use some updating as the carpet and the sofa was looking old and stained. We also saw couple of cockroaches in the flat but that's kind of normal in the hot country. Overall we had a brilliant stay in Bonaparte hotel. "

"Não tinham nem visto que eu fiz a reserva, a sorte que tinha um quarto sobrando, estacionamento tambem não é privativo o carro dorme na rua .O quarto tinha um cheiro forte, acho que era do esgoto do banheiro. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos deles não tenho que reclamar. "
