Apartment of 20 m², on the 2nd floor with elevator, facing South/East. This apartment is located in the residence Septimontain in the center of Samoëns. The residence is 200 m from the first ski bus stop and 900m from the leisure base. The accommodation includes:
- Entrance (3.67m²) with sleeping area: bunk beds (90) (sleeping height is not suitable for children under 6)
- Living room (12.62m², 1 French door giving access to the balcony, mountain-residential view): sofa BZ (140), TV, board games, books/documentation, folding table with extension.
- Kitchen area: oven, 2-burner electric hob, microwave, raclette appliances, fondue appliance, monsieur/gauffrier croque appliance
- Balcony (facing South-East, 4.67m²): with furniture (table with extensions)
