We overall enjoyed our stay however we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Tea and coffee at the hotel was so overpriced $7 for a tea and $13 for a coffee? Also the pool closes at 5pm? They just want you to gamble but we paid a resort fee daily then they close the facilities in the evening so you can’t use them? We didn’t have cleaning of our room or restocking the whole time we were there not once.

Been here a few times. Room was a bit more run down than. What I’ve seen in the past. Nowhere near as polished a room.
Requested a joining rooms 7 months in advance and couldn’t have them - our rooms were at the end of two separate wings.
At check in asked to pay extra to upgrade and was told there were no options but the hotel was not very busy compared to past visits.
Our rooms were on the 6th floor no no view at all. Again no flexibility to upgrade. Spoke with staff member casually and they noted that for non-direct bookings (ie through discount sites like Expedia) especially if they are on sale through them as our rooms were that you will likely be given the worst rooms and this was the case.
