"Great stay! Room was clean and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed on (I travel a fair bit). AC worked very well and flowed into both rooms. Pool is not heated, large spa was great but overcrowded by unsupervised children."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it, the location is beautiful. We saw whales, a seal, went swimming and around to one mile beach. Absolute perfection Only downsides is some things need updating/maintenance or replacing, such as shower heads, kitchen drawers some are hard to open, and the wifi wasn’t working well, a couple of people tripped on a small hole in the floorboard Otherwise amazing"

"We loved staying here -- it has lots of room for a family of four and my son didn't want to leave! Located in the town center of Nelson Bay, it is also only a few minutes' walk to Woolworths and the other shops. Our apartment was nice and clean and had a good ambience. Furniture had a little wear and tear, but it was acceptable. Rooms were of a good size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed. We had a laundry and an ensuite which was very nice. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides: the wifi was very slow and in fact failed one evening and the wifi network seemed to drop out of existence! Secondly, because it's a pool view apartment, we got a bit of noise from the activity in the pool - these are both minor complaints though as the pool is closed before it gets too late and we have our mobile phones for internet anyway. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will stay here again next time we're in Nelson Bay. I can recommend it."

"Easy check in process, friendly and informative staff. Beautiful place to stay. Kids loved staying in the glamping tents with plenty of visits to the Koalas. Clean and comfortable tent, great wifi and working heater/aircon. Kids played in the pool and spa, ate at the cafe on site. Loved everything about the stay."
