The shower curtains in the rooms are moldy, showerheads are green, where the water comes out and all clogged up,ceilings right outside my door falling in, breakfast you make your own waffles and there was a couple bread for toast and some stale cereal and only decaf coffee, also they don't scrub their showers or bathtubs. This is a great place if you're like a construction worker and want something cheap not a family place.

Breakfast was bad, they just had waffles a few oranges and gallon of milk. Staff was bad in the am, at 7am they started knocking on my door every hour till check out and I went to let them know I’m checking out at 11 but still kept knocking.

New mattresses were comfortable and clean. The carpets are dated and could stand to be replaced. People were arguing quite loudly outside the door in the early morning but the staff lady who served us on arrival was super!

The entrance is extremely difficult and dangerous to use if exiting the highway. Probably not any way to make it more safe other than to show the entrance as being off the street behind the motel. Front desk staff didn't act too friendly, just routine as like buying something at a convenience store.

Ordered a non smoking room. Room smelled like it had been smoked in. The front desk clerk sound like she had the flu. The Breakfast was verry limited, no juices, no meats, no eggs, only waffles, oatmeal, apple. oranges, coffee, milk and cereal, The location was good, next to a IHOP and a Texas Roadhouse. Not to far from the mall or ASU.The ice machine was broke. The price was reasonable.
