SA STUDIO Private Entry

Two Queen-Bed Studio. Please specify correct amount of guests, including yourself. Only registered/paying guests are allowed in the Studio. For bookings of two (2) we prepare one of the Queen beds unless guest requests otherwise.
NO cleaning fee, so please pick up after yourself.
Fast access to 410 & IH 10 to the airport, Medical Center, Fiesta Texas, La Cantera & the Alamo / Downtown!
Please NOTE: Smoking is allowed on the patio area but NOT indoors.
We don't charge a cleaning fee to make it as affordable as possible to our guests, and we'd like to keep it that way. For that, we ask for your help:
We kindly ask that everything be left the way it was found. There is disposable kitchenware to choose from. Please place trash in BROWN trash bin by parking area when you check out, found by side fence.Things offered are complimentary and to use while visiting, please do NOT take lotions, soaps etc.
There are hooks for towels to dry next to the closet. Please don't leave in the shower area.
NOTE: There is another floor above this studio that is attached to our main house. Please expect a normal noise level from above. Also, please note that this Studio does not offer enough space inside for small children to run around. If you're staying more than one day and plan to stay in and relax, the indoor space is not ideal for toddlers!

Cute Studio Stay

Overall the studio worked for our needs. We did not need much, just a place to sleep, shower, and get ready over the weekend. The only issue was a leak from the AC unit above one of the beds.

My husband and I got to get away for the weekend, alone. We stayed in the studio, it was easy to find, the directions for check in and check out were detailed and easy to follow. The studio was very clean. Everything you could think of is provided as well. I would absolutely stay again. We appreciated the hospitality and thank you for making our very rare trip away from home a pleasant experience.
