The room and sheets in this hotel were filthy, there was graffiti in the bathroom, and the hotel as a whole is in a state of disrepair. There was also no functioning wifi on the property. I was booked here for several days, but left after the first night as the room itself felt unsafe and disgusting. Both members of the office staff told me i would be refunded for my remaining days, but when i went through Expedia to claim the refund they said the property manager denied it. I strongly recommend you avoid staying here.

Usually hate etc leave negative reviews, but this place looked fine for a last-minute booking for myself and family for one night stay, and the pictures looked decent. Once I arrived the premises were full of cholos and random people walking around parking lot and outside lobby. The place was dilapidated and falling apart, with visible rust damage on stairs and second story frame. Many people appear to rent and are hanging outside of the rooms doors and leave doors open while inside. I saw what appeared to be sex workers walking around parking or rooms in underwear or revealing outfits. Finally, I left and booked elsewhere when my room door wouldn't open and security guard had to forcefully open, and to make things worse, the door didn't lock, since the locking mechanism was broken. I had my two young sons and wife with me, so I booked elsewhere. Staff said they had no other room to accommodate me and said they'd cancel booking, but the ultimately didn't and I was changed eitherway. Unsafe environment, and the Expedia page claims it's a family friendly place, while the pictures are doctored up with AI, which is outright lying.

A/c was not working, thankfully overnight person (and he was the only person who made himself available) came and fixed it up. Sheets were not the cleanest nor was the bathroom. When it was time to check out, it took 45+ minutes for someone to come. Unsure if it’s the owner or the manager, but for all the walking around and walk throughs you do at night, things could be a little bit better.

The property is in a poor state of maintenance. The furniture is outdated and worn. The beds look like cots. The showerhead and faucet in the bathroom were rusted. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working, and the front desk staff had to lock the door after themselves. The housekeeper answered phones due to lack of staff and couldn't respond to queries or provide the receptionist's name.

Aside from the location and the staff, who were nice and friendly, this place is one of the WORST places I've ever stayed in! My husband and I have no problem with cheaper/outdated hotels since we only plan to just sleep and then we head out to explore for the whole day, but this place was literally like being in a crack house! Sketchy people outside talking/arguing LOUDLY past midnight, the pool was half filled with dirty water and trash in it, the 1st room they gave us was DIRTY and dilapidated, there was a fan cover over the shower that was falling off, the little kitchenette was extremely deteriorated and missing a knob, the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns and the room smelled of cigarettes!! We asked for another room and we had to wait while they looked for a clean room. The 2nd room was just as bad, but a tiny bit manageable than the 1st one, but the curtains had tape over the holes in it and someone had also stuffed tissue into some of the holes too! Only one light worked in the room, all the lamps didn't have any bulbs in them and the plugs didn't work! The kitchenette hood was extremely rusted and also missing a knob! They also had the audacity to ask for a $50 CASH deposit at check in for this dump! Do yourself a favor and this place and book anywhere else.
