Apartment Las Nasas 6 is a fantastic 2 bedroom accommodation with terrace and stunning views, perfect for a beachy holiday as it is right at Las Burras beach in south Gran Canaria
This property has been recently renovated and refurbished with the best quality materials. It is equipped with refreshing ceiling fans.
It counts on 2 bedrooms, both of them with single beds, and wardrobes, a bathroom with shower and an open kitchen equipped with oven, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything you may need during your holiday to make it as hassle free as possible!
The spacious kitchen- living room offers access to a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and the golden sandy beach of Las Burras, from which you can enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner with the best of views!

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
