「I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel during my time in Cusco. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the journey — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with arrangements, recommendations, and support after long hiking days. One thing that really stood out was the laundry service. It was fast, efficient, and the quality was excellent, which made a huge difference after returning from trekking. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful.
