Bright and cozy apartment just a few blocks from the Civic Center of the city, located just a few meters from Plaza Belgrano and a short walk from the famous craft breweries of our city.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for 2 more people. The semi-open kitchen to the living room makes it very practical to cook and share at the same time with everyone, it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. Full bathroom.



NOTE: - THE KEY DELIVERY OF THIS PROPERTY WILL BE AT OUR OFFICE.
