"Actually, only 2 wash machines for the whole place and 2 dryers which were both out of service. Machines take quarters only and there is not change machine in the laundry room. That was a pain in the neck as it’s on the complete opposite side of the complex."

"My flight was cancelled at midnight and I was transferred to another flight the next day in the afternoon. Had to book an airport hotel in the last minute to stay the night. So glad I chose Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport. Dania who helped me check in was very sympathetic towards my bad experience with the flight cancellation and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and a breakfast voucher to help me rest well and wake up to a good breakfast before heading back to the airport. Dania made my stay very comfortable. I would choose Hilton again when I’m back in the area. "
