"The stay was great. The area was nice nothing to complain about but our shower. The tub was clogged and it was too late to do anything about it. Had to wait a while for the water to drain before my husband could shower. We stayed here because of a wedding so didn’t have much time to do anything about this. Told the front staff about the issue when we were checking out but they didn’t care to offer any compensation or discount for the clogged tub. Just a little disappointed."

"I needed a budget friendly stay close to the airport with free parking. I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the free water in the lobby and that my room had a fridge and microwave so I could eat in the room. The noise from the room above me was a little disappointing but for the price I still feel like a got a great value. (You can’t always choose your neighbours) I will stay there again."

"We stayed here, traveling in from out of town for a Giants game. The location was perfect and easy to get to the Caltrain station. The space was nice for our family, providing 3 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. Even with the narrow driveway, we were able to park our large SUV"
