「We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「Location was great with outstanding walkability to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Place seemed clean and the outside rooftop was a great space. Keeping from 5 stars was tv was very old and offered limited streaming options. Washing machine only…no dryer. 」

「Had everything you could possibly want! Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hot tub was awesome. We used the games, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds and linens were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Kitchen also had everything you need and want, even a multicooker. It was so nice to walk to dinner on Del Mar rather than trying to find a parking spot for our big car. We will definitely go back! Cathy and Pete were very friendly and helpful. They are pros!」

「We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells...
