“Great ”

“There is a house in front of the condo that does somewhat obstruct the view of the beach (see photos). There is new construction to the south of the unit that looks like it will be fairly tall but hard to know what impact that will have. Our host Nick was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions during the stay. The parking area is tight. We had a midsize 4 dr sedan and found when we wanted to leave, pulling forward and back a few times and moving the car more toward the middle of the……

“Unit B314 was a great clean condo near the ocean! I loved the neutral calming blues and beach decor. The kitchen was furnished with many useful dishes and new appliances. The bath towels were nice and plush and very fresh white, they also had plenty of hangers and nice open shelving in the closets. The balcony upstairs was nice as well which allowed for a small glimpse of the ocean. The North Shore grounds were absolutely beautiful too! Our family would definitely love to come back again! ”

Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return. ”

“The host reached out and offered us an early check in and the place was very clean when we arrived It was cold weather that weekend so we ran the small portable electric heater that worked ok, but it’s definitely getting tired and needs replacing IMHO.The kitchen had everything you would need to eat in and the brita filtered water was nice to use.The bathroom was clean and somewhat updated and there was plenty of hot water but the shower drained slow and you find yourself standing in your own……
