“This is a beutifully designed and furnished apartment, well-maintained, very comfortable for our 2-week stay, waves breaking below, quiet inside (quiet neighborhood). Hosts are wonderful, communicative, have thought of eveything, provide a helpful book of instructions and suggestions. We did our food shopping at the Whole Foods in Laguna Niguel, the Gelson's in Dana Point, and the Sunday farmers market and some local shops just downtown. We walked a lot -- it was great. Would highly recommend.”

“This is a hidden gem of a rental. It was clean, it was in a great location, and the property manager was very professional and responsive. One thing to take note is that the parking here is very tight. I would suggest not bringing a large vehicle. The best way to park is to drive backwards through a narrow driveway and then to make a sharp right turn into a parking space. If you struggle with parking in tight places, the parking here may be a challenge.”

“Our stay and stay at the North Coast Village. The rooms balcony rug was wet and dirty. The room overlooks the street below and is also across the street from railroad tracks. Throughout the day you will hear that train. Even early mornings. Although it was good to get out and the NCV is a very nice location the room we rented was did not have a good location on this property. Oceanfront is where I've stayed in the past; couldnt see any Ocean this time. Just traffic of people, cars and trains.”
