「It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included? 「This is a wonderful spot! We loved the condo! Super cute and comfortable. We couldn't believe the hosts' exceptional hospitality, providing beach chairs and supplies. We used the bikes too. The location is ideal for everything. Quiet but right in the mix of where you'll want to be. 」

「We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells...
