「When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.」

「El lugar muy bonito, atención muy buena, la habitación limpia pero no contaba con agua caliente. El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).」

「Nice room with friendly staff and great AC. The breakfast was good as well. In our room, the light was blue for some reason which was pretty inconvenient, it made it hard to see clearly at times? I’m not sure what that was all about. We never asked. Very convenient location for the pier, the beach and walking trail nearby, and dining options. We didn’t need it but they rent out snorkels and bikes at reasonable prices as well.」

「The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...
