Welcome to our SoCal paradise! Perfectly located oceanfront retreat right on Pacific Beach. Home to world-class surfing spots, Board Walk & the famous Crystal Pier. The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! While PB usually enjoys a cool ocean breeze, there are a handful of humid or hot days during the year when you’ll be glad to have AC. It’s the little comforts like this that make our place a great choice, ensuring you stay cool and relaxed no matter the weather. You cannot find a better location in Pacific Beach. Once you get here, you do not even need a car. You can walk to everything. The host was so nice and so quick to respond to a few questions I had. Check in and checkout was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location...

... But the property itself left a lot to be desired. The unit and the overall building is really showing its age. The bathrooms are incredibly small and we had mold or mildew along the door track in our shower. There were other small details as well along those lines (e.g., carpeting, outside noise given the window mini split air conditioners, etc.).On the bright side, the property owner was really good to work with and the location was great, very central.

This complex is the perfect place to stay in PB or even Mission Beach. If you enjoy people watching and love the excitement of the boardwalk this is the place to be!

The condo is in a perfect location for all the happenings in Pacific Beach. Walked the boardwalk and beach, lots of dining and shopping options. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Opened the slider, watched and listened to the oceans waves. Condo has super comfy beds, although we didn’t cook the kitchen was fully equipped. Secure parking was included and a plus! Will certainly rebook a stay here.

Condo is right on the beach. Very clean and neat. Good view. Parking garage was fabulous. Comfortable beds. Near many restaurants. Makes for the perfect California vacation spot!

Not recommended for family

The condo is clean and close to the beach. The host was very prompt and kind with responding to our questions. The description of property states there is garage parking but doesn't state one car only. Parking close would cost $12 per hour if we had known ahead of time a couple of us would have flown instead of driving. The master bedroom has air conditioning but is very noisy and so is the Bar across the street. The other bedroom has fans only. Check out is 10 am and someone used the code to come in without knocking at 9:30 am. which was rude. I do recommend this for college age party people great location and fun.

The property is tight in the middle of everything with a partial ocean view. The building and the rental are a bit tired but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Unground parking was a plus. Communication with the property manager was prompt.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

This is the perfect location for any beach get away. There are restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in every direction, and the boardwalk is just steps from the door - it was perfect. We stayed in this unit for a girls weekend with six friends, and we were all very comfortable. The mattresses were great, and there was just enough space for everyone to have their own little space. The extra blankets were perfect for cuddling on the couch while watching the waves in the morning. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions, and I will certainly consider staying in this property again.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and couches are all low so if you’re a big person with bad knees it could be a problem. We had a great time. Very walkable neighborhood with everything you need. Good beach view from balcony. Condo amenities were good. Boardwalk right out front. Good safe covered parking.
