Great stay

The property location was great, nice and quiet compared to the beach side. I can't express how great the property manager was. Everything was very clear and they were great to work with. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bayside Bliss.

Short Stay

It was a great 3 day quick get away with our Daughter and her husband… wonderful stay for just the four of us…. It’s San Diego so the one parking spot at the house is small… You will enjoy this home.

Best summer vacation!

The house was clean and perfectly located for small children wanting a beach experience. We could boogie board in the ocean, a quick walk across the street, or have a mellow time by the Bay.

Bayside Bliss

This was such a fantastic property! It’s just steps from bay. The house was just as listed with enough room for a family of 6. It’s close to stores, activities, restaurants, and just a block from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Mission Bay Vacation

House was clean and in good shape. There was a problem with thermostat resulting in no heat on a cold night and gas leakage inside house. It took more than 24 hours to fix. However, I was refunded one night's stay.

Great Location

We stayed a full week. Location to the bay beach is excellent, perfect for our 9 and 11 year old grandkids. Unit shows online to be 2600 or so sq.ft. This must be for all units as the bottom floor is maybe 1000, just a guess. We had an issue with the shower, was fixed same day. Neighbors that live there full time we’re very pleasant, lots of bike and foot traffic, great people watching and interaction. Only negative was the parking, we have a Lexus rx350 that barely fit in the space available, during the holiday weekend and summer parking anywhere else is a real chore. Groceries? Look up Ralph’s, couple of minutes by car and everything you need. Location to everything is ideal. Expensive, yes, but you are at the beach. Enjoy…..

The Best!

Having lived in San Diego years ago, I was well aware of the location. The Mission Beach peninsula is bisected into the beach side and the bayside. The beach has more action, rentals, and noise. The bayside is much quieter and has fewer rentals, since most of the people who live there own the homes. This place is right on Mission Bay, a few blocks from the center to rent paddle boards, sailboats, kayaks, etc. The condo was spotless, and obviously professionally cleaned. The kitchen had all the utensils a chef could want, even a spice grinder! There were more than enough plates, glasses, cups and silverware. The outdoor table easily seated five people. A large indoor table was also present. There were beach chairs, beach towels and even a boogie board. Although we didn't use it, Netflix was available. Overall, a phenomenal place to stay!

Will be returning!

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this property over our Spring Break at the beginning of April. We are a family of 4 with two young boys and we were very comfortable in the space for a full week. Location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. The property is steps from the bayside beach which made the usually laborious task of schlepping gear a non issue. Just be mindful of the busy bay walkway with bikers, runners and skaters. We enjoyed paddle boarding every day and watched the fireworks over Sea World every night. We only cooked a few nights but the kitchen was well appointed to make meals. Property is walking distance to a ton of food options and just a couple minutes to the ocean side with more restaurants, cafes, coffee, etc. Property management company was excellent with communication prior to check in and even contacted me the next day to see if we needed anything. As it happens the wine opener was broken and we asked for a broom (because- Sand!). They were prompt and accommodated the request within a few hours. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book again when we are headed to San Diego.

Works well for 2 couples

We were a group of two couples, on vacation for a long weekend. This vacation rental worked well - it has two bathrooms and was comfortable for our group. The location right on the bay can't be beat!

San Diego

No response from host after numerous attempts day of check in. The HVAC was set to ac but the weather was cold and we needed heat. Finally we discovered that the remotes had a sliding compartment and with google help found how to change the mode. No response to phone messages or texts for 24 hours. We spent an hour on this project. After that beginning everything was fine. Well equipped house and perfect location for us. We appreciated the fresh ground coffee. And the weather after the first cold night was perfect.

BayWalk

We enjoyed our stay very much at Baywalk. What a perfect location. We had our 4 year granddaughter and it was great we could just walk out our front door and be on the beach. We had a lovely stay. There are only 2 things to mention, one is parking - the parking spot is very small so having a SUV was very difficult to park. The other thing is we did have some ant issues, not sure if that is a beach thing or not. But neither would keep us from going back.

Family vacation

Clean, good location. We were able to people watch all day. The beach was good for the kids. When they got bored with the beach by the house we just walked over to the other beach with the waves. The only drawback was the parking spot being so small. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice place right on the bay

We had a very nice stay at Bayside Bliss. Beautiful view of the bay and steps away from the bay and only a 3 minute walk to Mission Beach. The window blinds worked great when we didn’t want all the walkers walking by to see into the house. Beds were comfortable. Only minor issues were the weird noises coming from the water pipes, and the very tight parking space (we made it work by backing in and any car bigger than our Lincoln Aviator may not fit). The house and location were great and we would stay there again.

Delightful stay

The bay view was mesmerizing, perfect for serene mornings and picturesque sunsets. The neighborhood offered a variety of low-key coffee shops and eateries within walking distance…bike rentals and water sport rentals nearby, The condo was well-appointed, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring the neighboring areas. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with or without kids!

Great location, nice accommodations, well appointed

Overall, it was a great location and very nice set up. I have a few very little complaints that if improved would make this perfect. Ceiling needs to be repaired in living/dining area. No real excuse for this, unless it just happened. Directions to home are different than to where to park. Arriving late at night, was a bit less than intuitive. Easy to fix. 10 am checkout time is very unreasonable. The last part of my experience is you rushing me out the door. Push it back to at least 11. 12 is reasonable. You can turn that property in 4 hours, very easily.
