Overall a nice stay. Very clean, nice rooms, quick check-in process, great Starbucks-like coffee bar in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, there were a few problems. We needed an ADA room and were given one, but there were several drawbacks to note. First, the door was so heavy and automatically closed so quickly that it was very difficult to wheel my mom into the room. If she had been alone, she would have been totally unable to get into her room. The room was down a very long hallway, farthest from the elevator, which also made it more difficult. Also, twice during our 3-night stay we got up to our room and had to go back down because our keys weren’t working.
