Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the patio area on premises. Outside is a nice common patio area with a gas BBQ and alfresco dining arrangements. There’s also a coin operated washer/dryer on the premises. Free parking on the street for those with vehicles.
Nice and well appointed apartment with everything one could ask for. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Queen bed in the room and air mattresses available upon request). The main bedroom also has access to a private balcony with downtown views, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking in. Including a dishwasher for ease of clean up.
Besides the great patio off the bedroom with downtown views there is also a nice outdoor area in back with a BBQ and nice shade for relaxing.
If you have a larger group, we manage the 4 plex and will always be willing to accommodate.
Shops, restaurants and corner stores are a short walking distance although a cab/Uber/Lyft is best way of transportation as to save time and enjoy the most of San Diego. There’s also public transportation which is a block away.
Check-in is usually at 3PM although we always try and accommodate guests if luggage needs to be dropped off while the apartment is being prepped.
