The location is wonderful and it has a great little patio to rinse off on if needed. Cleanliness was mostly good, the toilet was a bit dirty and needed a good wipe, though. The garage is essentially obsolete to larger SUV cars. Not only is it impossibly thin, but cars in the garage next to it were not fully backed into their own so we couldn’t maneuver properly to pull in due to that. The room was well ventilated and very cool. The lock system on the door was super handy and worked very well. Loved the shower and it got great hot water!! We didn’t use the kitchen at all, but when we stay again, we know it has all the essentials and everything we need. Overall, the experience was a perfect one and it was one of the nicer places we’ve stayed down here.

Great spot in OB

This was the perfect spot for my niece and I! We were able to walk to all the spots in OB, the studio was clean, and our host was very accommodating to our check in schedule. My niece reported that the pullout couch was not the most comfortable, but the bed was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall the rental was clean and comfortable. However, visitors should be aware of the property being on the flight path of departing planes. The last flights are at about 11:30 pm but between 6am and 7am, there are a slew of flights (we counted about 30). The constant noise is very disturbing and greatly affected our sleep.

A lovely stay!

The property was very clean and inviting and in the perfect location ! Although there is no parking with the unit, street parking was easy , even on a holiday weekend . The host was great about communicating. We would stay here again .

My brother who lives in Point Loma had a retirement party. My daughter, sister and myself came in from Chicago. The apartment was as expected. Very nice and clean. Walking to beach bars and restaurants. Can’t really say anything bad about our stay except we could have used a few more towels. But all in all a great experience.

The place was great. It's roomy, clean, in a cute neighborhood and in a perfect location. The outside of the property was great too. There's a place to sit outside and relax. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved it!
