The Downtown Carriage Flat

The Space:
The apartment sits on a multi-family lot we own. There is a single family home in the front of the property and four units in the back.

The apartment is located at the back of the property. There is a locked gate entrance to the property. You walk down the side walk to the back of the property where the apartment is located on the second floor of the back multi-plex.

Guest Access:
You enter through the front locked gated entry. The property sits behind the front single family victorian home. There is a pin pad entry that is programmed uniquely for your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We are local to San Diego and are availble to guests as much or as little as they need us. We try to be as accomodating as we can and ensure our guests have the best time with the warmest welcome. Our goal is to make sure our guests feel at home and cozy when they stay with us. If you need anything at all during your stay, we will always immediately help however we can.
