Great spot close to beach!

Stayed at Simons place for a weekend and had a great time. Very close to the beach itself, and tons of places within a short walking distance. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, highly recommended!

Perfect stay for a person that enjoys quick access to the iconic boardwalk.

The property was clean and perfect for a nice week of walks on the boardwalk. Simon was very communicative and had no issues.

Great location

Great location in South Mission Beach. Host gave clear directions. There were a few things that should have been cleaned/fixed, but overall it didn’t change my stay.

Great place

The place was very clean and well stocked with things you may need during your stay. Simon is a great host and communicates quickly. He was also able to accommodate us when plans changed last minute. Location is great for the bay AND the beach. Quiet area. Parking spot was so helpful. Would stay again!

Amazing place to stay!

This cute perfect studio apartment is just what you need to let stresses go. The beach is a quick hop away or take a stroll to mission park and enjoy the adventures. Just remember this is a 2 story so be mindful of others below. I will absolutly stay here again. Maybe even rent out the place for family. Great time great amenities provided. Thank you owners was amazing. appens.

Mission Beach

Location great. Close to ocean on one side and the bay on the other side. Just a little too far from most restaurants. Reluctant to use car due to difficulty in parking near them. The three small restaurant I tried just a 10 minute walk were excellent. The studio/condo was very neat and clean with all the dishes and appliances just what you need. Having the parking place so helpful. Thank you and would definitely stay again.
