My stay at the resort was absolutely great—comfortable accommodations and a pleasant environment. However, I was not informed ahead of time about additional resort fees or taxes, nor was I told that I needed to visit the front desk at checkout to receive a final receipt via email.
When I called on August 6, 2025 at 6:20 AM to request the receipt and ask when to expect my deposit refund, I was met with an incredibly rude receptionist. They repeatedly talked over me, and when I respectfully tried to get their attention by saying “Sir,” they became highly offended, loudly corrected me with “Ma’am, Ma’am, Ma’am—I am a Ma’am,” and then hung up on me.
This interaction left a very negative impression after an otherwise enjoyable stay. Clear communication about fees and checkout procedures, along with professional customer service, would have made a big difference.
