「Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. 」

「An easy 5 starts. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay, you have everything you need, the place is very cozy and clean, definitely we will back.」

「I stayed here for an event nearby, the whole process was so easy and it was very close to my event and everything I needed to do or get to. Very private and quiet too, which was a pleasant break from being around lots of people. Totally recommend this rental.」

「The property is nice. It was on the San Jose Square side. We stayed Wednesday-Monday. Thursday-Saturday nights there was music played at the square from around 9:00 PM until 3:00 AM. (Friday night was the loudest and longest) if the night life isn’t your scene, I wouldn’t suggest staying in this place. Parking wasn’t included in the price of the price of the stay and is an extra charge.The “fully equipped” kitchen was pretty basic. So, if you’re planning to save a few and cook your own meals,...

「Great location in the downtown of San Jose. The check in process was seamless and Ryan was very helpful to provide the information as needed. The apartment is completely furnished and has all the kitchen accessories as needed.」

「I stayed at this property when I attended a conference at the San Jose Convention Center. It was an easy walk (10 minutes or so) and I had all the amenities that my colleagues in nearby hotels did not. This place has ample space - including a full kitchen, a table so you can do work, and a great living room with TV too. It really is a home away from home.
