"Great location for a visit for my mom’s 82nd birthday trip. We were able to walk many places and it was easy to get a Wayco or Uber/Lyft when needed. Howard was a great host. He gave us an extensive list of local recommendations. As stated in the listing, there is no cooking facilities. We did not need them so the coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave were just fine for us. The garage access would be a huge benefit if you have a car which we did not. I would not recommend this property for more than 2 adults if you are not comfortable in close quarters and sharing beds. It was perfectly fine for a mom and two daughters but maybe not for others that aren’t as close It worked perfect for us."

"Great non-hotel spot for a family wedding weekend. We didn't want a generic hotel room or to stay with family (too nuts), so this was delightful. We had room #3, which is off the library, so feels like an extension of your space. Large bathroom. Ample storage. 3 safety checkpoints to get into your room so no concerns there. Private garden space lovely. Nice neighborhood. Barista restaurant a block up for breakfast & a convenience store around the block for snackies & water. Wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood but it was clean, felt safe. Also 2 nail shops across the street in case you need a quick mani or pedi, plus a doggy day care if you need that as well."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating, and made WONDERFUL breakfasts. Some people may prefer elsewhere, as the bathroom is shared, one cannot lock their room door when they are out and about, and parking is limited on the residential street. However, we felt safe and secure, nonetheless, and did not have any issues with the shard bathroom."
